Most retreats feel solid around 12–15 guests, and at 20+ you’re in a very healthy position, financially. That said, we’ve seen more intimate, high-ticket groups (8–14 guests) do extremely well too. It really comes down to your pricing and audience.
This is something every host thinks about. The goal is to structure your retreat in a way that minimizes risk from the start.
That includes smart pricing, proper timelines, and a focused promotion plan.
We’ll guide you through that so you’re not guessing & launch with a deposit model, so you’re not carrying costs upfront.
We only require 33% to reserve your dates, we offer the flexibility to reduce to an "Intimate Buy-Out" (releasing the back two villas), and can even help promote with Paid Ads as we get closer to your event date to ensure you hit your numbers.
* We do allow a 1-Time date rescheduling with a fee, if you feel you need to push the date back for emergency reasons, although we have found many guests will sign-up within the last 2-3 weeks of event promotion when they know their schedules.
While this is "Done-for-You" Logistically... there’s still effort involved on your end to make this a success.

Your main focus is inspiring people— then connecting in Costa Rica to deliver your experience. Keep in mind, other retreat guests always add so much value and connection to the on-site experience, so don't let that part overwhelm you. That's the really fun part!
